The phraseological structure of the language has a wide meaning and stylistic nuances. Phraseology is often seen as a branch of lexicology. Because phraseology is the equivalent of words in a language, and lexicology is the study of the words that make up the vocabulary of a language and their equivalents. Sometimes phraseology is incorporated into lexicon or stylistics. With phraseology, words should not be viewed as completely equivalent.

Various nations rely to a great extent upon fares of their characteristic assets, procuring significant
segment of their unfamiliar trade from these fares. It is exceptionally simple for the nations to
debilitate their normal assets by over use of these assets. Strategy producers may disregard

The collection and study of rich and varied material on the toponymy of Uzbekistan in different regions is one of the most significant areas of Uzbek linguistics.  As a result of scientific research in recent years, a number of monographs have been published on the analysis of toponymy of a number of regions of Uzbekistan from a linguistic, historical and typological point of view, research has been carried out, and explanatory dictionaries of toponyms have been compiled. Traditional nominative sentences are one-syllable compounds, which represent the present tense and have real modal meanings. There are different opinions about its structural - semantic and communicative structure. The structure of the nominative constructions remains problematic. This article discusses the issue of structural categories of nominative sentences.

Modern English as a foreign language (EFL) teachers are required to be competent in solving problems occurred in teaching and learning processes. They should be conscious of up-to-date information about new approaches, methods and techniques, as well as, they should be capable in use of information and communication technologies (ICT) and of course should work on improvement of their language components. So that EFL teachers could succeed in those goals, they are enrolled to in-service teacher trainings (INSET).

Cognitive linguistics is concerned with language in use, viewing language as a social phenomenon rather than simply a series of rules and structures. It is on this sense that this paper addresses the specific and essential roles of it in the English classroom from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. This paper analyzes the role of motivation in language learning, especially foreign language acquisition. In this article analyzed modernization etymological, scientific and social philosophical interpretations. As we know scientific research, by its epistemological basis, requires the identification of concepts and categories that are specific to the object of knowledge, which serve to reveal its ontological nature, and to have a clear idea about them. As science undergoes a process of deep integration, it is natural for concepts and categories to shift from one discipline to another, especially in the field of philosophy. Philosophy's tendency to be universal, comprehensive, and prone to extensive approaches give rise to concepts and categories related to specific sciences (physics, medicine, biology, mathematics, etc.). This sometimes leads not only to general notions of concepts and categories, but also to different notions from the original etymological interpretation. As a result, a single word is interpreted differently, resulting in assumptions that do not correspond to the ontological features of the object of study. In order for such “word games” not to occur, in order to have a clear idea of the object of research, scientific research begins with defining the concepts and categories that express the object and purpose of research, and defining their essence and functional functions. Such a fundamental concept, category, is "modernization" for our scientific research.

The pedagogical conditions of teaching in the development of specific processes of bachelor's degree in music education in modern pedagogical education, the current situation in practice are studied and the authors provide methodological recommendations to improve the effectiveness of teaching the subject.

This article examines and analyzes the Eleven Ahmad Shrine and its history from a variety of sources. Another shrine is the Eleven Ahmad Shrine, located in the cemetery in the Yukori Girvon makhalla(neighborhood), Namangan district, on the banks of the Yangiarik River. The land area is 0.59 hectares. In 1991, a new mausoleum dedicated to the Eleven Ahmad was built at the shrine. The area has been landscaped and conditions have been created for pilgrims. These works were built by the locals through hashar.

The article analyzes the solidarity of “Sabot ul – ojizin's” work with the present period, which took an important place in the history of Uzbek enlightenment in the second half of the XVII century and the beginning of the XVIII century in Central Asia, the major representative of the Naqshbandian sect, Sofi Allahyar's "Sabot ul – ojizin". The work of sohfi Allahyar "Sabot ul - ojizin" is a work created due to the spiritual need of his time. The main purpose of the creation of the work is to educate the perfect person, to strive for the perfection of the individual. It is up to the people to start them on the right path by revealing the Enlightenment of the Islamic religion, to encourage them not to fall under the influence of the ideas of the memorization of different currents and fanatic groups. In the article, the work studied the socio – philosophical views aimed at starting the people on the right path, and in turn revealed that at that time for material benefit, he was struggling with enlightenment, occupying the minds of the common people and distributing various superstitious teachings. The article analyzes the ideas put forward in the work" Sabot ul – ojizin", the philosophical views, the solidarity of such enlightened views as leading the people towards perfection with today's times.

The article focuses on the syntactic structure of the text with its semantic-syntactic-stylistic integrity, the structure and the relationship between the content of the constituent parts of the structure as well as its role in the development of writing skills and oral speech.

To develop students’ 21st century skills and render education more responsive to the challenges of a knowledge-based society, teachers’ development has been constantly called for. The conception of teaching as a life-long learning process is gaining momentum with the variety of conferences, courses/programmes, and published materials supporting it. But, to develop as teachers we need to understand the nature of this development. Does it mean professional, personal or social development? This article aims to clarify the meaning of teacher development through explaining what teacher professional, personal and social development mean and how these relate to teacher development.

Improving the effectiveness of education to ensure that the person is at the centre of education and young people receive an independent education, they are well prepared in educational institutions and, in addition to solid knowledge in their field, possess modern pedagogical technologies and interactive methods. we need teachers who know the rules of use when organizing reading and educational activities. Today, the use of new pedagogical technologies in education is becoming increasingly important. It is known that pedagogical technology is intended for the educational process and determines the goal of the process of personality formation in society. The pedagogical system needs updating as society changes. The “National Program for Personnel Training” set the goal of education in a new direction: “to get rid of the ideological stigma of the past, to train highly qualified personnel that meet the highest moral and ethical standards at the level of developed democracies”. That is, today it is necessary to completely update the content of pedagogical technology, the goal of teaching, and the improvement of the pedagogical process. Education-based on advanced pedagogical technologies with the skilful use of traditional teaching methods is a requirement of our time. The main goal of reforming the education system is to develop students' ability to think independently, use modern information tools and teach them to apply their knowledge to solve any problems.

This work is a rare specimen of Uzbek scientific prose of the XY century. The author compares the Turkic language with Persian in the play and points out that the word "lament" has a hundred synonyms in the Turkish language, emphasizing that the Persians pronounce this word with only one (Greek) word. The author also emphasizes the peculiarities of the Turkish language in the field of word formation and vocabulary. Although the title of the work means "Discussion of Two Languages", so far it has been written in two versions: "Muhokamat ul-lug'atayn" (pp. 4-28) and "Muhokamatu-l-lug'atain".

The phonetic, morphological and syntactic features of this work have been studied and are being studied by Uzbek scientists from various scientific points of view. This work belongs to such disciplines as "Uzbek dialectology", "Historical dialectology". In this play, Alisher Navoi is approached both as a creator and as a scientist. In these and other works of the poet, one can feel the presence of a name, a title, a figurative (metaphorical) name and a serious approach to it. The article is dedicated to the problems of transformation of morality relations in Uzbekistan after gaining independence. The goals and objectives are to analyze and identify the main trends in the development of moral relations in Uzbekistan. The work aims to show main factors influencing this process. This is relevant for the reason that the success of reforms depends on these trends and their consideration in the process of reforming society, since the role of the subjective factor, that is, the people who carry out these reforms is very great. The dynamics of the socio-economic conditions of the life of people causes the transformation of the system of values   that was fixed in the spiritual culture, and the moral relations that have developed in society.  The “old” values   are replaced by “new” ones and a new configuration of their subordination is being built.

This article gives full information on representation of applying the method of oral history in Russian history. The practical application of this method in historical researches was discussed in detail by Russian historians in scientific seminars in the last years of the Soviet Union. Therefore it is logical to include some scientific works created during the Soviet era in categorizing the researches on oral history in Russia. So, our aim is to discuss the method of oral history in Russian researches.

This article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of nouns using affixes with a negative connotation in modern Chinese. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that this phenomenon is widespread in the word formation of the modern Chinese language and ranks second in the productivity of the formation of both new lexical units and various forms of the word. The leading approach to the study of this problem is component analysis, as well as the modeling of structures, with the help of which the corresponding noun words are formed, allowing comprehensively considering this phenomenon within the framework of the affixation of the modern Chinese language.

The creation of a single market with no internal borders where free mobility is guaranteed is one of the main goals of the European Union. Accordingly, along with certain fundamental freedoms, Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) provides the right of establishment for nationals as well as companies in a territory of another Member State. Accordingly, a decentralized nature of multinational enterprises (MNEs) involves various cross-border operations. The aim of this paper is to explore to what extent these transnational objectives of MNEs can be achieved under the freedom of establishment principle of EU law and incorporation theories of Member States. Firstly, it analyzes different scenarios of company mobility such as transfer of registered office or real seat and transnational mergers. Secondly, it examines the freedom of companies to choose legal forms of their cross-border establishment. Finally, it evaluates the most recent judgment in Polbud case in the light of decisions made in previous cases.

This article focuses on the experience with the online learning of undergraduate students of Uzbek
State World Languages University. The aim of the article is to reveal whether online eduaction has
positive or negative impact on the achievements of undergraduate students; and what should be
done to make it successful and engaging. Data were collected through the students’ achievents on
the basis of two courses. Moreover, online surveys were done to investigate how the learners
evaluate their experience regarding online learning. The results of the experiment have shown that
the absense of real interactions between learners and teacher complicated the challenge of
understanding the content of courses. The results point out that further development of the course
design and assessment strategies are necessary.

This article, devoted to the analysis of parts of speech in the works of Makhmud Zamakhshari, addresses the question of conjugation of verbs in the last chapter named “Tasrifu-l-af’al” of the book “Mukaddamatu-l-adab”. The article emphasizes that the verb is an important part of speech in Arabic, that it is impossible to master the grammatical rules and categories without knowing its morphological features, that some parts of speech, especially masdars, the degrees of adjectives are formed from verbal roots.

In “Mukaddamatu-l-Adab” was written that verbs in Arabic are divided into verbs with three and four roots and the majority are the verbs with three roots. Verbs with four roots, as well as verbs with three roots, lean with the help of those suffixes and prefixes. In the formation of the present tense forms, imperative forms, masdars, participles are also based on the same rules as for three-verbs.

Makhmud Zamakhshari, defining the doubled verbs as verbs in the three-root group, in which the second and third roots consist of the same letter, emphasizes that the hamza is a “healthy” letter, not defective, and because of its complex pronunciation it is either changed with another letter or sometimes it is missed when pronounced and this provides ease of pronunciation. The question of writing hamza and its spelling has always been a difficult question of the language.

Since Zamakhshari created his work for the quick study of Arabic and its grammar by non-Arab people, he did not go deeply into the essence of some difficult questions of Arabic language. The scientist notices that ings are added to the verbs of the actual voice gives samples conjugation of regular verbs in the past tense, and says that all regular verbs and verbs that are similar to regular verbs are conjugated in the above order.

In his work, Zamahshari gave a sample of the conjugations of the verbs of the passive voice and examples of adding personal endings to such verbs, as well as conjugations of regular verbs, and verbs similar to regular verbs, empty and defective verbs. The scholar’s work not only gave conjugation of verbs, but also provided exceptions to the rules, it also highlighted a separate chapter in the interpretation of the imperative form in Arabic. The work contains information that the formation of an imperative form from verbs of the present-future tense. The article emphasizes that the verbs of surprise are formed only from the first chapter of the three-root verbs, that such forms are not formed from verbs expressing physical imperfection. Ways of expressing astonishment from doubled and defective verbs are commented.
