This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of applying correctional speech therapy using neuropsychological technologies for preschool children with autism spectrum disorders. The study reveals the psychological, neurological, and linguistic characteristics of autism spectrum disorders and, based on scientific evidence, identifies the specific patterns of speech development in this group of children. Particular attention is given to analyzing the impact of the neuropsychological approach on the speech therapy process, especially the implementation of technologies aimed at improving sensory integration, enhancing cognitive functions, stimulating motor activity, and facilitating verbal communication.

The article demonstrates the effectiveness of correctional speech therapy conducted with the use of neuropsychological technologies and scientifically substantiates their positive impact on children’s speech activity, social adaptation, cognitive development, and emotional stability. The research findings indicate that a comprehensive neuropsychological and speech therapy approach is essential for restoring and improving speech functions, developing communication skills, and facilitating children’s adaptation to the educational process. This study has significant scientific and practical value in the fields of preschool education, special pedagogy, speech therapy, and neuropsychology, and it is aimed at developing methodological recommendations for specialists.

The research is directed toward a systematic comprehension of contemporary challenges and practical responses arising in instruction within a multilingual environment, as well as toward the development of a conceptual integrative model. The methodological basis consists of systems analysis and metasynthesis of scientific publications devoted to translanguaging, Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and the use of digital educational technologies. The analysis made it possible to identify key difficulties: cognitive overload of learners, insufficient preparedness of teachers, subjectivity of existing assessment systems and barriers to social integration. As a response the Synergetic Model of Multilingual Pedagogy (SMMP) is proposed, synthesizing pedagogical, technological and sociocultural approaches. SMMP integrates the principles of translanguaging and CLIL, strengthening them with digital didactic tools and forming a supportive, inclusive educational ecosystem. The results obtained confirm the hypothesis that the comprehensive implementation of these approaches can improve academic performance and facilitate the successful adaptation of learners. The presented material will be useful to educational researchers, methodologists, administrators of educational institutions and policymakers shaping the educational agenda.

This article examines how emerging artists gain visibility when digital platforms (short-form video, audio streaming, and video hosting) are coordinated with legacy media exposure (broadcast, press, and event coverage). Relevance is determined by fragmented audience attention, algorithmic discovery, and the signaling capacity of curated media gatekeepers. Novelty is provided through an integrated pathway model that links platform affordances (save-to-app flows, playlist placement, user-generated circulation) with legacy-media credibility cues and event-based attention spikes. The article aims to systematize cross-channel promotion strategies for early-career artists and their representatives. The analytical approach relies on comparative synthesis of recent peer-reviewed research on short-form video labor, playlist intermediation, streaming conversion, and music video persuasion, complemented by sector analytics on recorded-music ecosystems. The findings specify the conditions under which platform exposure leads to sustained discovery and identify governance risks (opacity, volatility, dependence) that shape predictable career progression. The article is helpful for talent agencies, producers, and cultural organizations designing promotion roadmaps.

The study on Assessing the influence of Control and Motivation on Teacher’s Effectiveness in Some Government Secondary Schools in the Centre Region of Cameroon had as general objective to investigate the extent to which control and motivation can influence teachers’ effectiveness in some Government Secondary Schools in the Centre Region of Cameroon. The study had as main research question, what is the influence of Control and Motivation on Teachers’ Effectiveness in some Government Secondary Schools in the centre Region of Cameroon? The study was guided by a general research hypothesis that stated that control and motivation do not have any statistically significant influence on teachers’ effectiveness in Government Secondary Schools in the Centre Region of Cameroon. The study made use of two theoretical assumptions: Herzberg’s two factor theory and McGregor’s theory X and Y. Making use of a quantitative research method with a descriptive survey design, data was collected with the help of a structured questionnaire from seven selected schools. With a total of three hundred and three (303) teachers selected through the simple random technique. The data collected for this research was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The hypotheses for this study were tested with the help of simple linear regression. The research findings revealed that principals’ controlling functions has a significant relationship with teacher’s effectiveness, while principals’ motivating functions, showed no statistically significant relationship with Teacher’s effectiveness. Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended that Government should introduce management courses in the curriculum of the Higher Teachers Training Colleges in the country to prepare future school administrator with the require management functions such as control, motivation, planning, coordinating, supervision... just to name these few.

This study examines a set of theoretical–methodological and practice-oriented foundations of correctional and pedagogical activity within the framework of inclusive education. A central claim is the principled necessity to reconsider and update educational approaches to teaching learners with hearing and speech impairments, taking into account the combined pressure of a systemic humanitarian crisis and the accelerated digital transformation of the educational environment. The aim of the research is to identify, organize, and conceptually systematize the most effective strategies of multidisciplinary support for persons with special educational needs, with an emphasis on reducing the severity of communicative limitations and removing factors that hinder full participation and interaction in the learning process. The methodological framework is built through an integrated design: a systematized review of current academic sources is combined with a comparative analysis of statistical datasets published by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and supplemented by a case-study approach implemented on the materials of leading rehabilitation institutions in Dnipropetrovsk oblast. The results indicate a meaningful effectiveness of introducing Ukrainian Sign Language and assistive digital solutions into general education practices, which becomes visible in improved academic outcomes and in strengthened mechanisms of social adaptation. The concluding section formulates applied recommendations aimed at deepening the inclusive competence of teaching staff and at institutional expansion of cross-sector collaboration. The substantive findings and analytical generalizations carry high practical value for specialists in special education, speech and language practice, educational management, and for the research community working on inclusive didactics and social rehabilitation.

In the context of globalization, digital communication, and the growing dominance of standardized language forms, dialectal lexical units are increasingly marginalized in everyday communication. However, dialects continue to function as vital carriers of national culture, historical memory, and social identity. This study aims to investigate the role of dialect-specific lexical units in reflecting national identity through a comparative analysis of Uzbek and English dialects.

The research is grounded in linguocultural, sociolinguistic, and functional-semantic approaches. Empirical data were collected from regional Uzbek dialects and English dialectal sources, including spoken discourse, literary texts, and previous scholarly studies. More than fifty dialectal lexical units were selected based on their cultural specificity, emotional-evaluative potential, and limited equivalence in standard language. The data were analyzed using descriptive, comparative, and interpretative methods to reveal their semantic structure and communicative functions.

The findings demonstrate that in Uzbek dialects, national identity is predominantly reflected through lexical units related to kinship (qudachilik), neighborhood relations (mahalla), and traditional labor practices. These units embody collective values such as social solidarity, mutual responsibility, and respect for tradition, and they possess strong emotional and evaluative connotations. In contrast, English dialects primarily reflect national identity through rural life vocabulary, occupational terminology, and class-based linguistic markers. Dialectal expressions in English often function as indicators of social class, occupational background, and individual identity, highlighting the role of social stratification in linguistic variation.

The comparative analysis reveals that while both languages employ dialectal vocabulary as a means of cultural identification, Uzbek dialects emphasize collective and community-oriented identity, whereas English dialects foreground individual and class-based identity. The study concludes that dialect-specific lexical units should not be viewed as deviations from linguistic norms, but as essential components of national linguistic heritage. These findings have practical implications for linguocultural studies, language education, translation practice, and the preservation of intangible cultural heritage.

In Cameroon, characterized by more than half a century of legacy colonial language education, adopting an alternative form of education is not only a desired goal but more importantly, a major challenge in classroom innovation. This paper investigates stakeholders’ perceptions of a language-based multicultural education (LBME) model for primary schools in Fako Division, Cameroon. the study explores what stakeholders consider the essential for a culturally responsive education. The study employed an exploratory sequential design with mixed methods having research instruments like questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and focus group discussions with teachers, inspectors, parents, and head teachers. The findings reveal that stakeholders prioritize indigenous language and culture, local history, traditional knowledge systems, and intercultural dialogue as central elements of a Language-based Multicultural Education (LBME) curriculum. However, they highlight challenges such as the dominance of colonial languages, lack of culturally relevant teaching materials, and insufficient teacher preparation. The study argues for the development of a context-specific curriculum that integrates indigenous knowledge and languages with national and global competencies. It concludes training of more teachers and participatory policy-making to foster equity, cultural preservation, and social cohesion.

Contemporary education systems are increasingly characterized by hybridity, digital mediation, linguistic plurality, and complex forms of learner–teacher interaction. Within this evolving context, classical theories of learning, particularly social constructivism and sociocultural theory, require renewed theoretical integration and empirical reinterpretation. This article develops an extensive, theory-driven investigation into how learning, interaction, assessment, and meaning-making operate in both physical and virtual learning environments when viewed through a constructivist and sociocultural lens. Drawing strictly on the provided corpus of foundational and contemporary references, the study synthesizes Vygotskian sociocultural theory, Piagetian constructivism, modern constructivist learning design, feedback and assessment theory, and emerging perspectives on online and blended learning.

The article argues that learning is not merely the internal acquisition of knowledge but a socially mediated, dialogically structured, and culturally embedded process that is dynamically regulated through interaction, feedback, and shared activity. In this view, classrooms—whether face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid—are not delivery systems for information but ecosystems of meaning construction in which learners negotiate understanding through discourse, tools, and collaborative activity. The paper places particular emphasis on the concept of co-regulation, showing how assessment, feedback, and interaction serve as mechanisms through which learners and teachers jointly shape cognitive development. Grounded in the work of Vygotsky, Kohn, Andrade and Brookhart, Black and Wiliam, and others, the analysis demonstrates that learning is fundamentally relational and dialogical.

Methodologically, the study adopts a qualitative theoretical synthesis approach, integrating conceptual frameworks from social constructivism, sociocultural theory, and constructivist instructional design to interpret patterns of learning interaction described in the literature. Rather than treating digital and physical learning spaces as fundamentally different, the article conceptualizes them as variations of sociocultural activity systems, each with distinct affordances and constraints. Research on virtual classrooms and blended learning environments is interpreted through this theoretical lens to show how presence, dialogue, and guided participation function in technologically mediated contexts.

The findings indicate that effective learning environments—whether traditional or digital—are characterized by shared goals, meaningful tasks, dialogic feedback, and structured opportunities for collaborative problem-solving. The analysis further reveals that assessment is not an external measure imposed on learners but a central mechanism of learning itself, enabling reflection, self-regulation, and social negotiation of standards. By integrating constructivist and sociocultural perspectives, the article proposes a unified theoretical framework for understanding learning, teaching, and assessment in contemporary education.

The discussion elaborates the implications of this framework for curriculum design, teacher practice, and educational policy. It highlights the limitations of transmissive models of teaching and advocates for guided, dialogical, and project-based approaches that align with how humans learn in social contexts. The article concludes by suggesting that future research and practice must continue to bridge theory and pedagogy, ensuring that digital innovation serves not to mechanize learning but to deepen its human, relational, and meaning-making dimensions.

The article examines the structural and developmental specifics of reading skill formation in children growing up in conditions of bilingualism and cultural diversity. The objective of the study is to identify the cognitive and environmental predictors that determine differentiated trajectories of decoding and reading comprehension in multilingual contexts. To achieve this objective, an analytical synthesis of longitudinal and cross-sectional empirical studies was conducted, focusing on early phonological awareness, vocabulary development, print knowledge, migration background, home literacy exposure, and perceptual mediation mechanisms. Comparative analysis and structural reconstruction methods were applied to integrate heterogeneous findings into a coherent developmental model. The results demonstrate that phonological awareness operates as a transferable metalinguistic foundation supporting decoding across languages, whereas vocabulary functions as a language-specific predictor primarily shaping reading comprehension. Early disparities in vocabulary and phonological sensitivity tend to attenuate over time, indicating compensatory growth dynamics rather than cumulative divergence. Environmental exposure modifies the intensity of lexical development but does not replace foundational phonological mechanisms. The conclusion establishes that bilingual reading development follows a hierarchical organization in which transferable cognitive infrastructure interacts with language-bound lexical consolidation, producing adaptive recalibration across primary school years.

In the contemporary era marked by accelerating globalization processes, the issues of national self-identification, preservation of historical memory, and safeguarding cultural heritage have gained particular relevance. Under such conditions, fostering patriotic sentiment emerges not only as an educational objective but also as a social necessity. This is because globalization, on the one hand, strengthens integration among nations, while on the other hand, it influences national identity and value systems. Therefore, cultivating a sense of national pride, civic responsibility, social engagement, and devotion to the homeland among younger generations constitutes an essential factor for social stability and spiritual development. A scientific study of this process makes it possible to identify effective mechanisms and pedagogical-psychological factors for the formation of patriotism.

The article examines the category of number as one of the key grammatical categories of modern language, functioning in the system of nouns, adjectives, pronouns, verbs and other parts of speech. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of expressing the singular and plural in the Uzbek language and the difficulties of assimilation when teaching Russian in schools with the Uzbek language of instruction. Typological differences between the inflectional system of the Russian language and the agglutinative nature of the Uzbek language, which determine the discrepancy between logical and grammatical number, are analyzed. The work summarizes the views of classical and modern researchers of Uzbek linguistics (M. Koshgari , A. Fitrat , A. Gulyamov , F. Safarov, etc.), reveals morphological, syntactic and lexical-semantic ways of expressing the plural.

This article examines the global integration of Uzbekistan's football during the years of independence through the prisms of sports diplomacy and institutional transformation. The study analyzes the formation of the national governing body after 1991, its membership in FIFA and the AFC, and its strategic global standing by 2025 using a legal-documentary approach. Football is interpreted as a "soft power" tool that enhances Uzbekistan's international political prestige.

The research highlights the legal foundations of the federation's establishment in 1992, the reforms initiated by the 2009 government decree, and its rebranding as the Uzbekistan Football Association (UFA) on January 25, 2018. Furthermore, the creation of CAFA in 2015 and the historic qualification for the FIFA World Cup in 2025 are analyzed from a cause-and-effect perspective. The success of sports diplomacy is attributed to state support, economic investments, and the alignment of national legislation with international standards. The article concludes with practical recommendations for the development of the national sports brand.

The study examined the influence of instrumental support on the wellbeing of older persons in the Bamboutos Division of the West Region of Cameroon. A descriptive survey research design was adopted, utilizing a mixed‑method approach that integrated both quantitative and qualitative techniques to generate comprehensive and reliable evidence. The study sample comprised 250 older persons and 16 social workers purposively selected from the four subdivisions of the Bamboutos Division. Purposive sampling was appropriate because participants were chosen based on specific age-related criteria relevant to the study’s objectives. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire and an interview guide, both of which focused on psychosocial support and the wellbeing of older persons in the area. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical procedures, while qualitative data were examined through thematic content analysis. A triangulation strategy was employed to enhance the validity of the findings by integrating insights from both qualitative and quantitative strands and by using multiple analytical tools. Qualitative responses derived from open‑ended interview questions were coded and organized into themes, and results were presented using statistical tables, charts, and code‑quotation reports. The findings revealed that instrumental support significantly affects the wellbeing of older people in Bamboutos Division. Older adults who received practical assistance—such as help with daily tasks, mobility, household chores, and access to essential services—reported better physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Based on these findings, the study recommended that older persons be equipped with income‑generating skills in areas such as small business management, poultry, piggery, and agriculture to enhance their financial autonomy. Additionally, providing routine assistance, including house cleaning, running errands, meal preparation, and support with physically demanding activities—would substantially improve their quality of life. These responsibilities extend to family members, friends, community service providers, policymakers, and all individuals who interact with older persons in their daily lives.
