In this article, the creation of art forms of lexical units of homonyms, antonyms and homonyms in the poems of E. Shukur is revealed based on examples taken from the poet's poems. In particular, it is proved that the lexemes in the relation of kinship form the art of proportion, the lexemes of antonyms create the art of contrast, and the lexemes of the homonym form the art of tajnis and ensure the artistry of the text.

Joint endeavor arrangements have turned into a famous way for organizations to share the expenses and dangers related with investigation and creation in the oil and gas industry. However, there are limitations to these partnerships that could prevent them from succeeding, such as disagreements regarding project management, differences in risk tolerance, cultural differences, and restrictions imposed by laws and regulations. Companies should take steps like establishing a governance structure, defining clear goals and objectives, conducting due diligence, creating a risk management plan, investing in relationship building, and seeking legal and regulatory advice to overcome these limitations.

"Pedagogical language contact" as the main concept of sociolinguistics has a narrow and broad interpretation. When the term pedagogical language contact is read in a broad sense, the function of a means of communication is performed not only by two independent languages, but also by two dialects within the same language. That is, the speaker-addressee and the listener-addressees are persons belonging to different dialects of the national language. In addition, the pedagogical communication of the pedagogue through literary language or a dialect related to this pedagogical language is also an example of pedagogical language contact in a broad sense.

Notaries are public officials who play a crucial role in the legal system by attesting to the authenticity of documents and administering oaths. However, their position of trust also comes with certain duties and liabilities, especially in the context of criminal law.One of the primary duties of notaries in criminal law is to verify the identity of the parties involved in the transaction and ensure that they are acting of their own free will. They must also ensure that the documents being notarized are legal and do not violate any laws or regulations. Failure to perform these duties can result in criminal liability for the notary.Notaries may also be held criminally liable for knowingly or recklessly notarizing false or fraudulent documents, or for intentionally falsifying information in a document. In some cases, notaries may be held liable for aiding and abetting criminal activities, such as fraud or money laundering, if they are found to have knowingly assisted in the commission of such crimes.

Catalogs are the key to any collection, and at the same time they are the face of the library. For this reason, serious demands are placed on cataloging work. Based on the importance and complexity of the work, the most experienced employees are involved in the cataloging and systematization department of the library. Because, if the bibliographic record is not formed correctly, the reader will not be able to find the necessary literature for him, even if it is available in the fund. Therefore, it is no exaggeration to say that the activity of the department determines the “destiny” of the library. This is especially evident in modern libraries, which are very active.

There have been many disputes over territorial sovereignty between countries, lasting many years with different viewpoints, principles, and historical shreds of evidence between countries. In order to thoroughly settle territorial disputes between countries, since the Berlin Convention in 1885, most countries in the world, including Vietnam, have agreed to apply the principle of acquiring territory in sovereignty dispute settlement among countries. Establishing a country's sovereignty over territories must be based on the rules of international law on territorial acquisition. It plays an essential role in resolving territorial disputes. Territorial acquisition regulations help address the question of how a state can legally establish sovereignty over a new territory against the claims of other states. These are also the legal principles that Vietnam has relied on to prove and affirm Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos in the East Sea.

The article analyzes the political situation in the Middle East in the first decade of the 16th century and the increasing tension between the two political powers in this region - Shaybani Khan, the ruler of Turan, and Ismail Safavi, the ruler of Iran. The battle of Merv between the two countries and its causes, the factors of Shaybani Khan's defeat, and the political situation in Central Asia as an aftermath of the battle will be analyzed.

Crime against women has become a global problem in the 21st century, like human trafficking, terrorism and drug trafficking, and is becoming one of the most common crimes in the world. For this reason, this crime has already gone out of the scope of national legislation and has become one of the urgent issues of international law. This article discusses state policy in the fight against women's crime and human trafficking in Uzbekistan during the years of independence in the case of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region.

This article focuses on the two key areas of developing the students' listening skills and proposes some accepted beliefs to challenge regarding the way we prepare students to listen and the types of tasks given to encourage teachers, to adopt an approach to deal with listening authentic texts.

In the framework of the Strategy of Actions on the five priority directions of the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021, during the past period, about 300 laws and more than 4 thousand decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at the fundamental reform of all spheres of state and social life were adopted

Importance of teaching grammar has been one of the most debated topics both among language learners and language teachers. Having agreed that grammar is important, researchers and educators have been arguing over which method should be used while teaching grammar. This empirical research investigates comparative effectiveness of inductive and deductive methods in teaching grammar at elementary level. 2 groups of 15 pupils who are studying at 5th grade has been chosen to answer the research questions. The researcher used pre-test and post-test as a research instrument. The result of the study showed that there is no significant statistical difference among grammar performance of both deductive and inductive groups.

By observing and taking notes on all the processes of teaching autistic children to learn to speak, this research statistics the number of speech structures of 15 Vietnamese autistic children (at three levels) from 3 to 6 years old to evaluate, analysis of component structures developed: one-component utterance, two-component utterances, three-component utterances and complex utterance. The autistic children were observed by using descriptive qualitative study to evaluate and analyze component structure development. This research indicated that there was a considerable difference in the number of utterances between groups of autistic children at different levels. Compared to mild autistic children, the more severely autistic children were, the more structure utterances appeared and the simpler structure utterance used.

This study was on social anxiety disorder and it influence on the student’s attitude toward learning in the University of Bamenda. Specifically, the study examined the extent to which fear of the unknown and shyness influence students’ attitudes toward learning in the University of Bamenda. A cross sectional survey research design was used for this study. The sample size was 155 students selected from three faculties. The purposive sampling technique was used to select students who were suffering from social anxiety disorder. A questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. In data processing, a pre-designed EpiData Version 3.1 database which has in-built consistency and validation checks was used to enter the data. Further consistency, data range and validation checks was performed in SPSS version 21.0 to identify invalid codes. The data was analyzed using frequency counts, percentages and spearman rho test to establish the relationship between the social anxiety disorder and students’ attitude toward learning. The findings of the study showed that there was a significant, moderate and positive relationship between fear of the unknown and student’s attitude toward learning (P<0.001). Equally, there was a significant, strong and negative relationship between fear and attitude toward learning (P<0.001). The study concluded that social anxiety disorder proved to be a negative influence student’s attitude toward learning in the University of Bamenda.

It is observed that several changes and reforms have been carried out in the Uzbek education system due to the analysis of the current state of management of higher education institutions in Uzbekistan and the analysis of existing problems. These reforms are aimed at increasing students' interest in learning, using instructional materials and technologies, preparing students for careers, and comparing students with new international students. Also, efforts were made to develop teacher personnel, increase high-level activity in scientific research and innovation, and further reform the management of higher education institutions.

The main task is to honor national folk games and traditions, to pass them on to future generations, to inculcate the essence of our national games into the hearts of the young generation. Through this article, we will once again be sure of the essence of our national games and their role in our life.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and family functioning in dual-earner commuter families in Malaysia. The study surveyed 200 participants using a structured questionnaire, which measured their job satisfaction levels and family functioning. The data collected were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and family functioning. Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to be a significant predictor of family functioning. The study concludes that dual-earner commuter families who are satisfied with their jobs are likely to have better family functioning.

This article acknowledges the advantages of using the authentic materials in teaching English in higher education institutions and extensively researches and experiences on this topic.
