Increasing the professionalism and competence was recognized as the main driving force of progress and activities leading to the goals of sustainable development. The modern education system involves the further improvement of the mechanisms for raising the competence of future specialists on the basis of a creative approach and an innovative system for putting them into practice. From this point of view, the research competence of future specialists on the basis of a creative approach is of particular importance for creating innovation, creating intellectual resources for socio-economic development through the development of cognitive and divergent thinking based on modern pedagogical processes that create new knowledge, and expanding the training opportunities for competitive personnel. The article looks into the requirements and policies for the competent teaching staff.

The article provides a brief analysis of the main theoretical approaches to the role of innovation in the economy. The place and role of innovations in the reproduction process are considered.

In modern conditions, when management decisions are made on the basis of statistical, incomplete data analysis, the use of econometric modeling and analysis methods is not only reasonable, but necessary. Econometric models are applied both at the level of enterprise activity and at the level of analysis and planning of economic activity of the whole region and the country as a whole. The goal of the research is to create econometric models to obtain an effective tool for forecasting, analysis, and decision making.

This article presents the ways to attract investment for the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the mechanisms of their targeting and directions for attracting investment in forms of ownership.

Nigeria faces persistent challenges in waste management and regulatory compliance, including illegal dumping, insufficient monitoring coverage, and weak enforcement capacity. This study develops and applies a geospatial intelligence framework designed to improve regulatory monitoring and optimize inspection scheduling in major urban areas. A harmonized geodatabase was constructed using satellite imagery, administrative records, and field inspection data. Spatial analyses, including hotspot detection and buffer proximity assessment, were performed to identify priority areas for intervention. Results revealed significant clustering of illegal dumpsites near residential zones and waterways, underscoring the need for targeted enforcement and infrastructure investment. Implementation of GIS-enabled monitoring produced measurable improvements in compliance rates across study areas, with average gains exceeding 20 percentage points. Route optimization models further reduced inspector travel distance and improved coverage efficiency. The decision-support dashboard provided an intuitive interface for regulators to visualize risks, schedule inspections, and log violations in real time. Findings suggest that integrating geospatial intelligence into Nigeria’s regulatory workflow can transform compliance monitoring from reactive to proactive, enhance transparency, and support evidence-based policy. This approach offers a scalable model for other developing countries seeking to modernize environmental governance and advance sustainable urban development goals.

One of the important roles in the reproductive process of agriculture is to increase the efficiency of the resources used. The article presents a system of indicators that can provide a generalized and quantitative description of economic processes related to the efficiency of agricultural production. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations for the development of the agricultural sector have also been developed.

This article describes the ways to create agro-clusters in agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to achieve a new level of development on the basis of an innovative approach to them.
