The article discusses the concept of trade cluster as an innovation factor and its theoretical issues.  The state of the concept of cluster studied by foreign and domestic scientists, as well as some ideas on its definition are given.  Theoretical issues about the cluster have been explored, and the definition of a trade cluster has been developed for the first time and is theoretically based.

The article discusses the improvement of the Supervisory Board in joint stock companies of Uzbekistan, as well as the improvement of the system for evaluating the effectiveness of the Supervisory Board in joint stock companies. It is recommended to continuously develop the activities of the Supervisory Board as the most important corporate governance body. Recommendations for the introduction of management systems based on the specifics of companies have been developed to improve the activities of the board in joint stock companies.

The article describes the increase in living standards, income of individuals, income from wages, salaries of employees of budgetary institutions and organizations, pensions, stipends and allowances, increase in domestic consumption as a result of income growth, growth of gross per capita income, tax rates have been reduced and simplified over the years

The article discusses the ways to assess the innovative activity of enterprises, including the economic components of the innovative potential of the organization and the effectiveness of its implementation of innovative activities.
