Experimental Optimization Of Litchi Spray Pre-Cooling Process Parameters

Chen Minglin, Lv Enli, Gan Ling

Read Abstract

Pre-cooling is an important part of the post-harvest cold chain logistics of litchi. Spray pre-cooling can
quickly reduce the temperature of litchi. Mastering the best process parameters of spray pre-cooling
can improve the pre-cooling efficiency. Taking the "Huaizhi" litchi as the research object, the
orthogonal experiment was carried out by selecting factors such as spray temperature, spray flow,
and litchi layer number, and the optimal process parameters of litchi spray precooling were obtained
through range analysis and variance analysis. The results show that when the spray temperature is 5℃,
the spray flow rate is 5 L/(s•m2
), and the number of litchi layers is 3, the 7/8 litchi pre-cooling time is
shorter, the pre-cooling uniformity σ is small, and the pre-cooling Best results.

Calculation Of Continuous Discrete Systems With Multiple Synchronous Interruptions

Isomiddin Khakimovich Siddikov, Malika Bakhodirovna Rustamova

Read Abstract

This work considers continuous-discrete frameworks with a few quantizers (keys), closing
synchronously, but with diverse quantization periods, which are troublesome to analyze. Clearly, at
the same time, all those inadequacies of the portrayal of the energetic characteristics of frameworks
based on the z-transformation stay, which were pointed out in which they decide the thought of the
specified lesson of frameworks from more common positions

Study Of The Influence Of The Parameters Of The Sampling Zone On The Condition Of The Capture Of Fibers By The Drum Teeth

Jamshid Qambaralievich Yuldashev, Husankhon Tokhirovich Bobojanov

Read Abstract

The article presents and discusses the results of determining the diameter of the sampling drum on
the basis of theoretical research and substantiating the rational parameters of the system for hanging
the fibers of the discrete drum headset in the sampling zone of the pneumatic mechanical spinning
machine. The forces of interaction between the garniture teeth and the fibers were studied, and the
effect of the sampling process on the productivity and quality parameters of the fibers was analyzed.
Based on the research, graphical connections were obtained, these graphs were analyzed, and optimal
parameters were determined. The results of theoretical studies on the determination of the diameter
of sampled drum and justify the rational parameters of the system.

Justification Of The Cinematic Parameters Of The Oscillating Lattice Of Potato Harvesters

Nabijon Gulamovich Bayboboev, Umidjon Gulomjonovich Goyipov, Ahror Aminjon o'g'li Tursunov, Xayrullo Xolmirzayevich Nishonov

Read Abstract

The paper theoretically explores the work of a fluctuating potato harvester grate to separate the soil
from the potato tubers using vertical oscillations in the separation of potato tubers. A link has been
established between the flying phase and the tuber rip phase of the potatoes for the planes, which
are horizontal with vertical oscillations and inclined with fluctuations at a certain angle. The altitude
of the particles and the rate of the impact thereof with the oscillating plane are considered, which
made it possible to determine the optimal parameters and kinematic modes of the separating
working organs of the potato combine combine.

Features Of Stress-Deformed State Of Rolled Sheet By Asymmetric Technology

Akhmedov Akrom Burkhanovich, Saydakhmedov Ravshan Khalkhodjaevich, Ibodulloev Sherzod Rustamovich, Kholmanov Nurbek Yuldashovich

Read Abstract

At present, the optimization of energy-saving technologies in mechanical engineering for production
of rolled sheets with different configurations by modern simulation methods is becoming an
important direction of informatization of engineering production. At the same time, in the active
zone, the process of asymmetric cold rolling of metal sheets is accompanied by an inhomogeneous
stress-deformed state. In non-canonical regions of deformations, an approach for determining the
optimal technological parameters and studying the stress-deformed state of the cold rolling process
by an asymmetric technology in the active zone of elastic-plastic deformations on the basis of
simulation modeling with the applied software package LS-DYNA by LS-PrePost (R) of V4.6.1 version
has been proposed in this paper.

Evolution Of Petroleum Stratum Efficiency By - Multi-Factor Regression Analysis

Odiljon Gafurovich Khayitov

Read Abstract

The forecast of the final petroleum effect of stratums of deposits, being - entered into the
development is too complicated. On tile base of multifactor of 27 petroleum and 15 under gas deposits,
related to carbonate collections regression equations were derived. Models described by these
equations are actual for the deposits with similar geological, physical, and techno¬logical parameters.
Usage of these models allows us to make a prognosis of the final petroleum effect of deposits, being
introduced into the development.
