Identity of The Victim and Their Personal, Social, And Psychological Characteristics in The Crime of Involving Minors in Sexual Intercourse
Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the victimological nature of the crime of involving minors in sexual intercourse (grooming), as well as the social, demographic, and psychological characteristics of the victim's identity. The research reveals basic criminogenic determinants such as the neurobiological vulnerability of adolescents aged 14–17, social orphanhood, the factor of internal migration, and security gaps in the digital environment (cyberspace). The author introduces new scientific concepts such as the "victim's mechanism of silence" and the “re–formation of victimhood” (acquired victimhood) and develops practical criminological recommendations for preventing secondary victimization during the investigative and judicial processes, as well as for cultivating "cognitive immunity" against digital threats among adolescents.
