Development of Frustration Tolerance in A Notary Under Conditions of Professional Stress and High Social Responsibility
Abstract
This article examines the development of frustration tolerance in notaries as a crucial professional psychological quality, ensuring effective performance in an environment of high social responsibility, emotional stress, and constant interaction with various categories of citizens. It analyzes the psychological mechanisms underlying the development of frustration tolerance, its relationship with stress resilience, emotional regulation, professional identity, and psychological stability. The need to develop this quality is substantiated as a prerequisite for maintaining the professional health of notaries, preventing burnout, and improving the quality of decision-making.
