Empathy as A Professionally Significant Quality in The Activities of a Lawyer
Abstract
This article examines empathy as one of the key professionally significant qualities of a lawyer. It analyzes the psychological and communicative aspects of empathy in legal practice, its impact on the effectiveness of client interactions, the quality of legal assistance, and professional ethics. The need to develop empathic skills during the professional training and practice of lawyers is substantiated.
