Improving the Institution of The Bar in The Republic of Uzbekistan Through the Digitalization of Its Activities

Abstract

The article examines the legal and organizational foundations of digitalizing the legal profession in the Republic of Uzbekistan as an important direction for increasing the accessibility, quality, and independence of legal aid. The necessity of further developing electronic document management, online legal assistance, and the digital interaction of lawyers with courts and state bodies while simultaneously ensuring attorney-client privilege and information security is substantiated.
