In the evolving landscape of organizational operations, effective workflow management is crucial for optimizing productivity and ensuring seamless processes. This paper presents an "Integrated Framework for Workflow Management Systems" designed to address the complexities of modern workflows. Through case studies and practical applications, the framework demonstrates its potential to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and support scalable growth.

This paper presents a project on the design of an autonomous robotic crawler, which will be utilized in the inspection of gusset plates in the structures of steel bridges, where conventional methods of entering the site manually will be challenged by future design. Gusset plates that are important in the stability of the bridges should undergo frequent checks to prevent the disastrous failure, which occurred in the I-35W Mississippi River Bridge. Manual inspection poses a threat to life, wastes time, and is prone to errors by individuals; therefore, an alternative to this method is in order. This robotic crawler can be applied to reach the hard-to-reach places with the non-destructive evaluation (NDE) sensors, such as the ultrasonic transducers, visual cameras, and eddy-current probes, targeting the detection of surface and subsurface damages in an autonomous way. This system is used in semi-autonomous and full-autonomous state and gives the inspector immediate, repeatable and high-quality data. The design of the crawler is good as it includes sophisticated navigation algorithms that make it efficient even in harsh conditions. The study shows that this technology has the potential to enhance safety and reduce operational expenses, and improve traditional methods. By resorting to open-access repositories with raw data and sensor data, clearly outlined software and hardware interfaces, and guides for experiment reproduction, the work will enable the replication of results and facilitate further improvements in the field. The self-guided robotic crawler is a radical improvement in the physical maintenance of bridges, and it serves as a sustainable, scalable solution in monitoring the health of infrastructures.

The surface roughness of extrusion tools plays a crucial role in determining the efficiency and quality of cold work extrusion processes. This study investigates the effects of tool surface roughness on various dynamics of cold work extrusion, focusing on parameters such as material flow, surface finish of the extruded product, and tool wear. Through a series of controlled experiments, different surface roughness levels were applied to extrusion tools, and their impact on extrusion performance was analyzed. Key metrics, including extrusion force, product dimensional accuracy, and surface finish, were measured and compared across varying roughness conditions. The study also examines the relationship between surface roughness and tool wear rates, providing insights into the long-term implications of surface texture on tool life and maintenance. The results reveal that tool surface roughness significantly influences extrusion dynamics. Smoother tool surfaces generally resulted in improved material flow, better surface quality of the extrudate, and reduced extrusion forces. Conversely, increased surface roughness led to higher friction, greater force requirements, and decreased surface quality. Additionally, tools with rougher surfaces exhibited accelerated wear, affecting their longevity and performance. This research provides valuable insights into optimizing tool surface finish to enhance the efficiency and quality of cold work extrusion processes. The findings highlight the importance of tool surface preparation and maintenance in achieving desired extrudate properties and extending tool life.

The results of the study of vein quartz from the Tulakul deposit, which are a potential source of high-purity quartz raw materials, are presented. A brief description of the most promising deposits of vein quartz is given. Thermal studies of vein quartz of the Tulakul birthplace have been carried out. Stability temperatures and phase transition temperatures are established.
