Comprehensive Study Of The Chemical Composition Of Crataegus Pontica L

Kamola Vahabdjanovna Raimova, Basic Doctoral Student, Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry named after A.Sadykov ASRUz, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Nodira Gulamdjanovna Abdullajonova

Read Abstract

The object of research was Crataegus pontica L. A comparative study of dioecious nettle growing
both in mountainous areas and in the suburbs of Tashkent was conducted. For research, the
aboveground parts of the plant (leaves and stem) were used. The analysis of micro and
macronutrients was performed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The
quantitative content of the water-soluble and vitamins was studied by HPLC relative to standard
samples. Chromatographic and structural studies of the aboveground part of the Crataegus pontica
L. plant were performed on the content of phenolic compounds and flavonoids in them.
Chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the chemical structure of isolated
individual compounds. The results of these analyses suggest the presence of the following classes of
flavonoids in the plant Crataegus pontica L.: polyphenols, (+) - catechin, (-) - epicatechin.

The National Intelligentsia Of The Late XIX - Early XX Centuries: On The Work Of Is’hakhon Ibrat “Mezon UlZamon”

Vohidova Komila Abdullozizovna

Read Abstract

The works of our national intelligentsia of the late XIX - early XX centuries show the causes of the social
crisis in the life of our people. At the end of the 19th century, those who critically studied the social life
of this period and tried to inspire the truth of life in their works were "Jadids," that is, enlighteners
who were supporters of renewal, development and reform. One of these people is Is’hakhon
Junaidullohkhoja ogli Ibrat (1862-1937), one of the prominent figures of the Ferghana Valley. He is one
of the leading figures in the history of the Turkestan Jadid movement, such as М.Беҳбудий, M.
Abdurashidkhanov, due to his position in the Ferghana Valley, the breadth of his activities, his work,
his devotion to the future of his homeland, people and nation. He is a Jadid, historian, famous poet,
linguist, essayist, publisher, translator, calligrapher, traveller and teacher. Is’hakhontora wrote more
than twenty works at the beginning of the twentieth century, and the work “Mezon ul-zamon” is of
particular importance in the study of his scientific and creative heritage. The work presents the
author's reasoning based on Ayats and hadiths from the Qur'an and hadith about the wastefulness
that occurs in the author's everyday life, about its consequences, relations with modernity, attitude to
clothes and about work that harms people even after his death. The work is divided into nine sections,
in each of which the author argues separately about the problem, analyzing the relations of antiquity
and Jadid in religious relations, customs and clothes in the social life of our people, seeks to convey to
the people the ideas and views put forward in this direction.

Various methods and methods have been developed to increase human intelligence. But due to the
increasing demand for mobile applications today, many teaching methods are also preparing for this
stage. In particular, programs that sharpen human thinking have been developed, and from this
mobile application are considered the main source. In the course of the study, we can say that it is
possible to determine the quantum of perception not only by tests, but also using mobile games,
where it is possible to pinpoint the activity of the human brain.

Geoinformation Modeling Of Hydrogeological Processes Of The Akhangaran Underground Water Field

Sh.S.Akhralov, R.A.Yusupov, N.M.Mirzanova, F.U.Axrorov

Read Abstract

In the article the application issues of geographic information technologies and methods of
mathematical modeling of geofiltration and geomigration processes of hydrogeological systems
were discussed, as well as for information support of the groundwater monitoring system. The
object of research are the Akhangaran aquifer, which is a large industrial area with intensification of
agriculture, as well as densely populated, where industrial reproduction of water resources is
established by designing water intake facilities using groundwater, also having huge data on regime,
geological and hydrogeological aspects. The main goal of these researches is to learn the
methodology for assessing groundwater resources by modeling to the GIS basis, theoretical and
applied methods of mathematical analyses. The features are considered and the boundary and initial
conditions are justified. The results are a research technique has been developed to simulate
geofiltration and geomigration processes, to determine the balance of groundwater, and the
hydrogeological parameters of the aquifer have been calculated from it. The calculated values of the
natural resources of groundwater by the parameters of their level mode in the Ahangaran pool
allowed establish the permissible convergence of resource estimates according to the amplitudes of
fluctuations in the level of groundwater and according to geoinformation modeling.

The Concept Of Pedagogical Skills, Its Role And Importance In Teaching

Aziza Aminovna Ikromova

Read Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the fact that the success of the pedagogical activity
depends in many ways on his or her personality, character, and interaction with students. But in
general, their impact on the educational process seems insignificant. However, an experienced
educator will focus on how his or her behavior has affected students, making the necessary
adjustments and improvements. The inspiring challenge of such teachers is to instill in students a
sense of confidence that their desire to learn will enable them to do better. In this case, the methods
of teaching and upbringing become a means of realizing the qualities embodied in the personality of
the teacher and the transfer of moral qualities from him to the student.

Study Of The Mutual Effect Of Components In The Mg (No3) 2-Hno3 ∙ Nh2c2h4oh-H2o System

M.K. Askarova, M.B. Eshpulatova, G.A. Makhammatova

Read Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the solubility of components in an aqueous system,
including magnesium nitrate and a physiologically active substance, monoethanolammonium nitrate.
Based on the data of binary systems and internal sections, a polythermal solubility diagram was
constructed, on which the crystallization fields are delimited: ice, nine-, six-water magnesium nitrate
and monoethanolammonium nitrate. It has been established that the components of this system in
the studied temperature range, in the presence of joint presence, retain their individuality, and hence
their physiological activity. The results obtained serve as a scientific basis for obtaining complex
liquid fertilizers.

Read Abstract

Though crude oil production has its attendant high risks, it is one of the largest and most profitable
businesses in the world. From its development phase to production phase, many disasters are bound
to occur in the industries. Oil spill is the most important type of environmental disaster which usually
occurs. It has impact on humans as wells as on plants and wild life, including birds, fish and mammals.
Sources of spill ranges from equipment failures, human errors, accidents, sabotage and illegal
bunkering activities on the production facilities. (Oil theft, sabotage and spills - Shell Companies in
Nigeria publication April 2014). Good Industry operating and maintenance procedures are key to
reducing incidents of oil spills. Prompt spill response management is a key success factor in reducing
escalation of the attendant negative impacts on the environment by deploying a workable
contingency plan suitable to the specific environment of importance.

with pre-eclampsia reveals that the highest frequency of respiratory disorders is 17.6% in severe preeclampsia. At the same time, respiratory disorders in premature infants in premature and abdominal
deliveries were due only to the severity of the pre-eclampsia course, and in premature infants also to
the functional immaturity of the fetus's lungs.
