Author Guidelines

1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted:

  • Original Research Papers: Detailed studies presenting original data and analyses.

  • Review Articles: Critical summaries of existing literature.

  • Case Studies: In-depth descriptions of unique cases or findings.

  • Short Communications: Brief reports of important research findings.

  • Letters to the Editor: Comments on recently published articles or current issues.

2. Manuscript Submission:

  • Submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system or via email as instructed on the journal website.

  • Ensure all authors have approved the manuscript submission.

3. Manuscript Structure:

All manuscripts should include the following sections clearly:

a. Title Page:

  • Concise and informative title.

  • Full author names.

  • Institutional affiliations (department, institution, city, country).

  • Corresponding author’s full contact information (email, phone, address).

b. Abstract:

  • Structured or unstructured abstract, 150–300 words.

  • Clearly state the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.

c. Keywords:

  • Provide 3–6 keywords relevant to the study.

d. Main Body of Manuscript:

  • Clearly organize sections as follows:

    • Introduction: Background, research question, and objective.

    • Materials and Methods: Clear description enabling replication.

    • Results: Precise findings supported by tables and figures.

    • Discussion: Interpretation of results, implications, limitations.

    • Conclusion: Concise summary of findings and significance.

e. References:

  • Use the APA citation format (7th edition).

  • Ensure all references cited in-text appear in the reference list, and vice versa.

  • Cite recent and relevant literature.

4. Manuscript Formatting:

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced text.

  • Margins: 1-inch (2.5 cm) on all sides.

  • Page numbering: Sequentially number all pages at the bottom-right corner.

5. Figures and Tables:

  • Insert tables and figures at appropriate places within the text.

  • Tables must have clear titles; figures must have descriptive captions.

  • Figures should be high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) in JPG, PNG, or TIFF format.

  • Clearly reference all figures and tables within the manuscript text.

6. Ethical Guidelines:

  • Manuscripts must comply with ethical standards (e.g., COPE Guidelines).

  • Authors must declare all conflicts of interest, funding sources, and ethical approvals (if applicable).

  • Plagiarism and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.

7. Peer Review:

  • Manuscripts undergo rigorous double-blind peer review.

  • Review duration typically ranges from 2–6 weeks.

  • Authors are required to revise manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments.

8. Article Processing Charges (APC):

  • APC details will be communicated upon manuscript acceptance.

  • Payment is required only after acceptance; no submission or review fee is charged.

9. Open Access and Copyright:

  • All articles are published open access under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).

  • Authors retain copyright of their work.

10. Proofs and Corrections:

  • Authors receive proofs before publication.

  • It is the author’s responsibility to ensure correctness and accuracy.

  • Corrections must be returned promptly to avoid publication delays.

11. Indexing and Visibility:

  • Published articles are indexed in Crossref DOI, Google Scholar, Scopus (under processing), WorldCat, MetaData DCA (Citations, JCR, Journal Zone, ACPR, etc.), Altmetric, Dimensions, Scilit (MDPI), OpenAlex, SciSpace, and more.
